  • "Stretch Well": You’ll discover the transformative power of flexibility with a dynamic stretching session tailored for all fitness levels.
  • "Breathe Deep: Harnessing the Power of Breathwork": An enlightening session where you'll learn techniques to harness the power of your breath, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Experience the profound impact of focused breathing on your overall well-being.

 

  • "Mindful Moments: The Art of Meditation": Dive into the world of meditation with guided practices designed to centre your mind and cultivate inner peace. Discover how meditation and mindfulness can transform your mental and emotional health.

 

  • "HypnoHealth: Reaching Your Goals Through Hypnotherapy": Explore the potential of hypnotherapy to help you achieve your personal health goals. This session will guide you through techniques to tap into your subconscious mind, breaking barriers and fostering lasting positive change.

 

  • "Reflect & Renew: The Power of Journaling": Engage in reflective journaling to capture your insights and ideas throughout the day. There will be time for you to write and reflect on new ideas and concepts, helping to set clear intentions for the future.

There will be refreshments available throughout the day and our chef will provide a healthy plant based lunch for you to enjoy.

Clinical Hypnotherapist, Meditation and Mindset Teacher

Jacqueline is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Meditation and Mindset Teacher, Breathwork Coach.  Jacqueline is an expert in helping women transform their health and wellness through using the power of the subconscious mind.

Tina Robson

Psychologist, Personal Trainer and Coach

Tina has a decade of experience, both within the NHS and privately, supporting clients to reach their health and fitness goals.  Tina has a particular interest in the prevention of long term health conditions and is an expert in behaviour change.
