Who Am I and What Qualifies Me To Teach You?

I realised that I was not taking care of my health and everything was out of balance when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014.  At that time, I was working in a highly stressful job, I was drinking at least a bottle of wine a day to cope with the stress, I was smoking heavily, not eating properly, hardly exercising.  There was no joy in my life, I had recently lost my father (my mother died when I was young), I was a single parent, having no time for myself.  I felt alone, afraid and vulnerable.  What I did next is nothing short of a  miracle in my eyes.  I completely turned my whole life around. I discovered the power of my subconscious mind and after I retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I used hypnosis to stop drinking and smoking, I stopped eating sugar and processed foods and gave up eating animal products.  I began to prioritise my own wellbeing and found my purpose serving others, teaching them how to make lifestyle changes also.  I have now created this unique program which includes hypnotherapy to help you make the lasting and permanent changes you want to make.
