Transform Your Relationship with Sugar in our Sugar Detox Challenge

This challenge takes place over three days and is followed by a masterclass which includes a hypnotherapy session.  On each day of the challenge you will receive a short teaching and be set a task to complete in 24 hours.  The challenge will take place in a private Facebook group daily at 8am.  The masterclass will take place on the Thursday evening at 7pm and will be a longer session of an hour.  We start at 8am on Monday 30th September. The challenge focuses on helping you to understand why sugar is hard to quit and what you can do to begin rewiring your subconscious mind and changing habits.

Going cold turkey often leads to failure because it doesn't address the root cause of the addiction. This challenge teaches you how to recognise patterns of behaviour, why willpower just won't cut it and what you can do about it.
