Module 1
Assess your current eating habits and discover where they came from.

About Tina

Who Am I and Why Should You Work With Me?
So, I never really thought I had a problem with food or my weight, until everything changed for me on the day I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. At the time I was drinking a lot of alcohol and smoking too. I was also very stressed. I was eating quite a bit of processed food. Looking back I was a prime target for cancer!
The cancer treatment caused a chemical menopause and suddenly I was hit with so many changes going on in my body. I knew I had to change my lifestyle, and I did, using hypnosis to stop smoking and drinking.
Thats when I noticed I was craving sugar, lots of it. I was bloated all the time, hungry all the time, I was putting on weight, all my clothes were tight and some I couldn't get on at all.
I found I was sensitive to gluten and dairy and then after researching cancer I knew I had to give up sugar completely.
In 2016 I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and made it my mission to help as many women as possible transform their lifestyle so they can improve their own health. Since then I have worked one to one with many women helping them to quit alcohol, quit smoking, quit sugar, change their eating habits and lose weight amongst other things.
